Burnin' the Fat...maybe I should change it to getting healthy!

In the past 4 weeks I have ran 71.50 miles, done kettle bells 4times (killer workout, sore every time!) and a total body conditioning class 4 times. I feel stronger, gotten faster, but alas it's not helping the baby weight out as much as I'd hoped it would! :( Four kids does a number on the body let me tell you! I know, I know she's only 4 months ( almost, in 2 weeks!), I'm tired of people telling me that, I know!:) When you've had the weight come off lots faster before, and you don't fit into literally any of your clothes, it's just a little bit on the downer side of life. But that aside I will say I am happy for my health, for my four beautiful children that bring me so much joy, and the chance I have to be their mother! So if this is where I sit for the rest of this life I wouldn't trade it for the world!

ok PSYCHO Listen sister, you are like super mom. stop the workout classes and so much running and it will fall off i promise... try it out. just watch what you eat and take a week off from anything but walking.... promise!

i'm glad you're looking at it as health instead of the weight. i truely believe that trying to be healthy is what heavenly father would have us aim for. i've had a lot of weight issues when i was younger, thinking i was never small enough but eventually i realized that the way i was thinking was kinda against the word of wisdom, granted i was harming myself with the stuff i was doing. but it's important to keep that healthy frame of mind with girls around, no matter how old they are.
