I just hate when my family leaves. Or when I leave them. Sometimes it just stinks that they live so far away. Today we had to say goodbye, and I just hate that.
The kids were lucky and had both aunties and Grandma walk them to school!
I feel so grateful to have the parents that I do. I truly am lucky.
They both are my best friends.
I was lucky enough to see my mom in January for a week while we were in our transition to Idaho.
But I hadn't seen my dad since last June. Almost a year and a half. Just way too long.
Hopefully that won't happen again.
