Yeah for working out!

Since I started working out post baby (9 weeks ago) I have ran 77.8 miles! Slowly getting back my mileage and my pace! This week I ran 19 miles in 4 days! I also have been doing this work out called Kettle bells with a group of girls and I love it. It totally kicks my butt, you can check it out on You Tube! Peace out...
