I had the time of my life last weekend. Not because I was on some extravagant vacation, laying on a beach, or shopping my heart out. I had a great time cause I was surrounded by people who might just as well be family!
even though we lived just 2 years in West Lafayette, that place will always be close to my heart. And mainly cause of the people there. They helped me and Ryan through one of the toughest times in our lives so far and made us feel like a part of their family. Without them I don't think I could have looked back on that time in our lives and loved it like I do today.
I'm grateful for the Gospel that no matter where you live you find these types of people to call family when you are so far away from your own.
