Spring is near...

I do think that spring is near. Here is some proof:

Ugly yes, but it's GRASS! I haven't seen this stuff in about 4 months! It's almost a tiny miracle. Our snow is pretty much gone now thanks to some rain ( and some thunderstorms I might add) and 50 degree weather we have so enjoyed lately.

So instead of running like this:

We can run OUTSIDE. And that I did on Saturday; and it felt so good. Cause even though I ventured out a few times for a run, this time my face didn't freeze off and I didn't return with white eyelashes. I actually got hot!
Even though there is talk of a wintry mix in the next couple of days and a cool down, I am not going to let it get me down! Seeing grass always means that summer is just around the corner!
